DUH

elle:  "Mom can I have some of this medicine?"
me:  "How did you get the lid off?"
elle:  "I pushed it down and turned it.  It says it right on top of the bottle.  You should pay better attention mom.  You could learn a lot."

HaHaHa! I had almost the exact same conversation with Andrew last week! Child-proof caps, my big toe! Kids are too smart these days!

okay so i am sorry i have been a comment slacker lately! i do read the blog but most of the time i cannot comment, so, first things first. congratulations on boy #2! are you as sick this time around? i hope not! i hope he is mellower than crew so you won't be too busy with a crew & a baby...that will be very tiring for you! also, i'm loving the documentation of all the things happening! and the hilarious conversations! why can i see elle saying all of those things? i can hear the conversations in your house...now i just can't wait until crew talks back & we get to discover his logic with everything like with elle & pyper. i hope you are doing well with dale gone! not much longer, right?:)

I love the look on Elle's face! So mischievous and sweet! She could probably read the dosage and give herself the proper amount, too! Little smarty pants! Love it!

That is funny! None of my kids care for medicine so they won't go anywhere near it. Even if they made the chewable medicine more fun like a marshmallow, then Saydria would take it better. Thank goodness we really don't get sick much...just broken bones (check out my latest post on Brayden!) :) Glad to see that Crew is taking full advantage of your blogging time. Hope it's fun for both of you. :)
